Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist & Level 3 Massage Therapist

I originally studied Mechanical Engineering at University in Glasgow, where I obtained a Masters after 5 years of study. After a further 5 years working in engineering roles, I decided to undertake training in Sports Massage and Body Massage, areas which I had a keen interest in. There were parallels between my engineering learnings and the lessons on massage and the human body, in particular when thinking about strain and tension and how imbalances in the kinetic chain can be aided by treatment of areas other than the site of tension itself.
Having been a regular beneficiary of Reflexology, it was a natural progression to train in this discipline next. Through 2022 and 2023, I trained to a Level 5 Clinical Reflexology standard, completing the certification while pregnant with my first child. This was particularly challenging as I was suffering with Hyperemisis Gravidarum (not nice!) but I was determined to complete the training.
My passion for Reflexology will hopefully be evident should you have an appointment with me, but I have a particular love for Fertility Reflexology, following my own journey with it. Following my marriage in 2020, my husband and I began trying for a baby and were successful 2 years later, with I believe a significant help from Fertility Reflexology. The process of trying for children can sometimes become stressful when it isn't happening as quickly as it does for others, and I feel these treatments enabled me to reduce the stress in my body, which allowed my hormones to return to a healthy balance and ultimately helped to enable conception for us. The sessions were invaluable to me physically as I've described, but also mentally, as they allowed me the opportunity to vent, cry, laugh, release and relax!I know attempting to have children can lead to feelings of vulnerability, and a rollercoaster of emotions. With that in mind, I would be honoured if you trusted me to help you on that journey.
My Reflexology training is in all aspects of the discipline, so I would love to work with you to help achieve whatever it is you seek from this form of treatment, whether that be pure relaxation, sleep-related issues, gut health or anything else. It is a treatment form which has been shown to help with lots of ailments and conditions.
Similarly, I continue to provide Massage Therapy and have an all-round motivation for helping people, so get in touch and book an appointment today.
Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist

Hi, I’m Ciara.
I studied General Nursing in Queens University, and qualified in 2020. I began working in Daisy Hill Hospital, straight after university. I enjoy working with people. After working for a few years I decided to specialise in Cardiology in 2022 and have been working as a Cardiology Nurse since then.
For a long time I had an interest in Reflexology and Kinesiology, so the opportunity to study Reflexology in 2022 came up I jumped at the opportunity. I would love to offer treatments that give people an opportunity to relax and rest their mind, and reduce stress in their every day lives.
